Cassino 1.1 Is in the Queue

Cassino 1.1 has emerged from its semi-formal beta period and is now in the queue for approval by Apple. If you’ve already purchased our Cassino iPhone app, pretty soon you should see a red badge on the App Store icon indicating that our update is available. This will be a thrill for me, I’ve always wanted to be the guy behind one of those badges.

If you haven’t purchased the app, I recommend that you do so at your earliest opportunity. Especially those who were waiting for it to play “straight” or “regular” Cassino. Starting with Version 1.1, it does. It also plays the traditional Royal Cassino variant, which was also requested by some folks. Thanks to all the people who wrote asking for these enhancements.

We’ve updated the website to reflect the new release. You can find a description of all the Cassino variants on this page. We occasionally get website visitors looking for the rules of Cassino. If that’s what you’re looking for, this page is your best bet.
